Sarah Bass, leveraging over 20 years of diverse experience in business management, client relations, and entrepreneurship, is the founder and leader of HappiAssist—a virtual assistant company dedicated to empowering businesses through strategic administrative solutions. Her journey from running a successful massage therapy practice to leading HappiAssist is marked by adaptability and a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Based in Western New York, Sarah is committed to creating a supportive work environment that fosters growth and satisfaction for both clients and her team. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, nature, cheesemaking, and spending time with her family.
