Put in the up to 2 hour intro meeting to scope out your defined need and begin discussing a plan of action. We will also discuss your business as a whole and how this need relates so that we can provide additional advice and assistance as needes. Within 2 or 3 weeks, we will come back with a documented plan of action to begin the next phase of our relationship.

You know you need help but you aren’t sure where to start.

We will meet to map your business, get to know your goals, and we will identify up to 3 areas where we can offer key assistance to get you moving in the right direction.

The goal of this phase is: getting to know your business, mapping out next steps so that we can move forward with our relationships with confidence.

The completion of this phase of our relationship will include a deliverable of your current business structure with areas of improvement identified and action plans to address the 3 areas agreed upon.

Deep Dive includes: 2-4 two hour sessions (Zoom or live when possible), based on your needs.

Upon singing of the agreement presented at the end of the Quick Dip, we will being our ongoing support.

Exact pricing is project dependent but is typically packaged in 3 month blocks with 15 hours minimum per month at $45 per hour.

Lower hourly rates available for commitments over 40 hours per month.

Plans of 40 hours to 60 hours per month start at $42 per hour.
